An amazing local Chinese restaurant with GREAT Peking duck We had the $88 duck set “for 2” but it was HUGE! Definitely could’ve shared between 3 or 4. Also tried a few sides which were all delicious. The owner was fantastic, he came over to chat with us and talked us through some of the different desserts. All the staff were kind and attentive. The atmosphere is nothing special, it’s a classic Chinese restaurant but it’s clean and comfy. (PR invite)

This quaint little Chinese restaurant in !Bentleifh serving all you can eat yumcha has been under the radar but is bringing out one of the best peking ducks in the craziest boat crate Ive got to say that comapred to pther yumcha spots their dumplings are plump with plenty of meat. I felt like an empress indulging my last meal. Favourites were definitely the ginger chive pork prawn dumplings, and lo gai mai. I think for a first, the food wasnt as appealing but the flavour is better that most. Signature peking duck is a must.

Very nice atmosphere, quiet, clean and tidy restaurant. The waiters were not in hurry, even they were busy. Everything is well-organised. Also, love the humour of the boss. To the boss: next time, I will definitely invite you to enjoy the yum cha buffet with me. But, you need to pay your own way.

This gem in Bentleigh is hidden and truly one of a kind. One of the best authentic Chinese restaurants in melbourne. The interior and entry way is inspired by authentic Chinese culture. Really enjoyed the butterfly shrimp and Duck Boat. The prawn toast and beef steak was also impressive. This venue is the ultimate duck paradise and serving authentic Peking duck set for $88.80. It comes with pancakes and garnishes to dip and make duck wraps. Crispy duck with tender interior was a dream. Their unlimited Yumcha on weekends for $38.8 PP. however the Peking duck set is not included so you have to order that separately. You arrive at the menu, tick all of your selections, then relax as the food comes out. Food came super quick and the service was warm and hospitable. Thanks to first chapter for inviting us :)

Straight off the bat, the duck gets a solid 5/5. We tried the Peking duck set and were pleasantly surprised the food was great, and the service was exceptional throughout. Juicy, flavourful, and served generously. It leans more towards a less traditional style Peking duck, with thicker meat cuts rather than the traditional style that focuses more on skin and fat. Not a criticism, just something to note if you’re expecting a more classic presentation. The set is recommended for two people, but we ordered it along with fried rice, fried noodles, and another dish to share between four and it was more than enough. If you’re dining as a pair, I’d suggest keeping it simple: perhaps a small starter like soup or spring rolls, and one main like the fried noodles or rice to go with the duck. Generous servings, well-executed duck, and great service, definitely worth a visit.

I am so jealous of the residents in Bentleigh, what an absolutely delightful place to dine in. Food is authentic and so delicious plus service is amazing and attentive. Be sure to order their peking duck set, you will love it! Also for chilli and seafood lovers, you must order their XO pipis, to die for!

Came here for their all you can eat yum cha on weekends. Loved our experience at Peking Duck House! The food was tasty, the Peking duck was a standout, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Definitely keen to come back for another yum cha feast

We had the most amazing experience at Peking Duck House! The all-you-can-eat yum cha is incredible, so many delicious dishes, from dumplings to prawn toast, and of course, the Peking duck was absolutely next level. (Not included in the AYCE) The custard bun to finish was the perfect touch. What really made the visit extra special was the staff, they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome with our little one. Usually, we’d head into the city for this kind of yum cha, but after this experience, Bentleigh is officially our new go-to. Highly recommend!
